1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing expkernel.com and purchasing any notes, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Products & Services
ExpKernel offers digital study notes in PDF format for Class 9, 10, 11, 12 students preparing for CBSE board exams, JEE (Mains & Advanced), and NEET. All products are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout.
3. Payment
All payments are processed via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, or any UPI-enabled app). Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all taxes. Payment must be completed before the order is processed.
4. Delivery
After payment is verified, your PDF will be sent to the email address you provided within 30 minutes during support hours (9 AM – 9 PM IST, Monday to Saturday). For orders placed outside these hours, delivery may take up to the next business morning. If you do not receive your PDF within 30 minutes, please contact us on WhatsApp with your Order ID and UTR number.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds after the PDF has been delivered to your email. If you did not receive your PDF, we will resend it at no additional charge. If you believe there is a significant quality issue with the notes, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase and we will review your concern on a case-by-case basis.
6. Intellectual Property
All study notes, content, designs, and materials available on ExpKernel are the intellectual property of ExpKernel and the respective authors. You may use the purchased PDF for personal, non-commercial study purposes only. Redistribution, resale, sharing, uploading to other platforms, or reproduction of our materials in any form is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
7. Accuracy of Content
We make every effort to ensure that our notes are accurate and up to date with the latest syllabus. However, ExpKernel does not guarantee that the notes will be free of errors or that they will meet specific academic outcomes. We are not responsible for any discrepancies between our notes and the official board/exam syllabus.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to use our platform for any unlawful purpose, to submit false information, to impersonate any person or entity, or to interfere with the operation of our website. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExpKernel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.
10. Changes to Terms
ExpKernel reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
