When you place an order, we collect the following information: your full name, email address, mobile number, and city/state. This information is required solely to process and deliver your order. We do not collect payment details — all payments are processed directly through your UPI app and we only receive a transaction reference number.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your personal information is used exclusively to: (a) deliver your purchased PDF to your email address, (b) send you your Order ID and transaction confirmation, and (c) contact you via WhatsApp if there is an issue with your order. We do not use your information for marketing emails, push notifications, or automated messaging without your explicit consent.
3. Data Storage
Your order details are stored securely in our order management system to allow us to resolve any delivery issues and to maintain transaction records as required by law. Order data is stored on Netlify infrastructure with industry-standard security practices. We do not store payment card numbers, UPI PINs, or banking credentials of any kind.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties for their commercial purposes. Your data may only be shared in the following limited circumstances: (a) with service providers who assist us in operating our website (subject to confidentiality obligations), or (b) when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ExpKernel or others.
5. Cookies & Analytics
Our website may use minimal cookies to improve your browsing experience. We may use anonymous analytics tools to understand how visitors use our site (such as page views and session duration). These analytics do not identify you personally. You may disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to purchase notes.
6. Third-Party Services
Our website uses the following third-party services: Netlify (hosting and serverless functions), Botpress (chatbot assistant), and YouTube (embedded channel link). Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review their policies separately. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services.

We retain your order information for as long as necessary to fulfil your order and comply with legal obligations. If you would like your personal data removed from our records, please contact us and we will process your request within 7 business days, except where retention is required by law.
8. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for students aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it promptly.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
